It was very pleasant. Two saunas one is infrared and the other regular. A relaxation room. And the rooms are amazing. I really thought it was better than a three star. Also would like to say amazing staff and breakfast. I very much enjoyed this.
I don't want to give this special place away. Great hotel and fantastic location. Won't say why 😉 but it's a great little find. You'll never know till you go.
At the first glance it is all good. Elegant, stylish... But small details make this place lacking a bit of customer centric approach. Robes are available from reception but guest needs to pay for it. When I realised I forgot toothbrush, I requested one from reception and again, I had to pay for it. There is no water fountain or bottled water available in spa area, there are no spare towels to use, one needs to take towel from the room which is then dirty and wet. When requested water from reception we were given a 0.5l bottle each and receptionist was reluctant to give us more despite of the fact we wanted to take it for another couple - hotel guests that were in sauna already.
Average hotel with a good location. It is only couple of steps to the beach. Rooms are regular and plain. Breakfast is quite ok but was lacking options for small kids. Restaurant was good place to chill during the summer in the garden. Prices of the rooms are too high considering the rooms and other hotels in Poland - maybe it is the beach effect?
Delightful and modern 3-star hotel in lovely Sopot. Would come back any time.
Positive side is distance to the sea and good breakfast. Rooms are nothing special, EU standard. Extra fee for the car park and cheeky lady on the reception at least two stars down.
Very good restaurant, fresh and well prepared dishes. Most of them not only taste very good but also look extremely attractive. Friendly staff, you can rest at bar Really worth visiting. Close to the sea and the beach. To Sopot centre 10 minut walk.
Nice stay. Great location. Beach right away. A nice walk to Sopot Pier with plenty of beach bars nearby. Electric scooters just outside too to get around. Street car parking available for 3 PLN per hour Mon-Fri 9-20.
